OXYSAN Peracetic Acid highly effective against gram-negative bacteria on leafy green produce surfaces.
A recent study showed that OXYSAN peracetic acid wash from Biosan was highly effective against Escherichia coli and Salmonella enterica on leafy green produce surfaces. In addition to high efficacy against two gram-negative, foodborne, pathogenic bacteria, the study showed OXYSAN to be moderately effective against Listeria monocytogenes.
